Inquiry from people who learned from Muhammad Husayn Khan Sardar ‘Ashayir [Nuzhat al-Dawlah's second husband] that Nuzhat al-Dawlah had included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah in her will and their testimony in two documents dated June 8, 1931 and June 18, 1931; a document, dated June 16, 1931, confirming Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will regarding the villages of Sis and Malikzadah.

Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Collection of essays
The manuscript includes different essays: An essay by Muhammad Taqi Burghani (1758- 1845) and another by Shaykh Muhammad Razi Gilani. The collection also includes these three: Explanation and receipt for doing prayers on behalf of the deceased Sayyidah Kulsum, the daughter of Haji Sayyid ʻAli (Dod. 1898) and the will of Muhammad Razi, the son of Mirza Kuchak (including instructions for paying the mahr of two wives). The will is dated 6 November 1900. At the end of the manuscript there is a short part on the etiquette of marriage.

Dispute among inheritors of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum
Bala Bayg, an inheritor of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum, claims that her mother gave her properties to him and his brothers, Qahraman Khan and Shirin Bayg, that he has the bestowal settlement written in Mulla Hasan Mardanqumi's handwriting, and that the bestowal settlement the children of his deceased brother, Qasim Khan, claim to have is not valid because Qasim Khan coerced his mother into writing it.
